A 45-minute workout-style class designed to strengthen, stretch and support your ballet training, while giving you a little time to reset, recharge and feel good in both body and mind💛

Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, support your technique, or simply move your body and leave feeling amazing, this class is for you!

Would you like your child to take Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) examinations? Our classes nurture young dancers from their very first steps in Pre-Primary, all the way through to Advanced 2 / Grade 8.
