*IMPORTANT* It's that time again: ko budo!

When: This Saturday (25th April)
Where: The usual place.
Who: Open to adults blue belt and above, and to specific juniors (please speak to your sensei)
How much: £25 and a number of brain cells

Please remember to bring water and concentration as these will not be provided on the day.
Oh, and weapons, that would also help.

Excellent work from all my junior students who graded today, I’m a very proud sensei! For the older juniors working towards purple and brown belts, keep up the hard work and I know you’ll all do great at the next grading!

It's that time of year for many of our students: the dreaded exam season! So we'd like to take this opportunity to wish all of you the very best of luck in your exams - you've got this, we believe in you!

Please remember to take care of your physical and mental health needs. Research has shown (including a study done by our very own Sensei Flick) that martial arts are good for mental well-being, as well as your physical health. So if you need to hit some pads, or just see some friendly faces, you know where to come.
