Designed specifically for women aged 40+, StrongHER provides a supportive environment to help you build strength, improve fitness and grow in confidence.

Delivered on Monday and Tuesday evenings in our on-site gym at Bromley FC, the programme offers small group training, tailored guidance and plenty of encouragement from like-minded women.

Whether you’re new to the gym or returning to exercise, StrongHER is designed to help you feel stronger, healthier and more confident.

June is Men’s Health Month 💙

At Bromley FC Community Trust, we’re proud to offer programmes that support men’s physical and mental wellbeing, helping people make positive changes and feel part of a supportive community.

In this video, Mark shares how being referred by Bromley Drug & Alcohol Unit led him to our Man v Fat Football programme and how it has helped turn his life around.

His story is a powerful reminder that sometimes taking the first step can change everything.

From football and games to making new friends and creating memories, it was brilliant to see so many young people enjoying their time with us.

We’re excited to be back this summer with our Kellogg’s Football Camp, running throughout July and August at the CopperJax Community Stadium.

Creating opportunities starts with people coming together 🩵

This week, we were proud to officially launch the Bromley FC Youth Employability Hub, delivered in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

The morning brought together local partners and young people with a shared goal: helping the next generation access employment, education and training opportunities. It was fantastic to see organisations connecting, sharing ideas and strengthening the support available to young people across our borough.

One of the standout moments was watching current Youth Hub participants welcome guests, share their journeys and speak openly about their aspirations for the future. Their confidence, enthusiasm and willingness to support others highlighted exactly what this programme is all about.

By working together, we can help remove barriers, open doors and create brighter futures for young people in our community.

From skill-building drills and small-sided matches to fun games with friends, it’s been brilliant to see so many young players enjoying their football at the CopperJax Community Stadium 🩵

Tomorrow is the FINAL day of camp — and you won’t want to miss out!
