Local Motion is a unique movement space offering a fusion of bespoke fitness coaching, group classes and restorative therapies in the heart of Wandsworth. Based upstairs at Planet Organic, the space has been designed to push the boundaries of the average gym experience and you will find a number of training systems and classes to exercise both brain and body. poiera and Tactical Fitness there is something to challenge even the most experienced gym goer and to seduce the beginner. With a strong focus on natural movement, gymnastic strength and body weight training, all classes are scalable no matter what your ability. Our aim is to create an open movement space for the local community and beyond. No membership is necessary simply pay and play, or choose from one of our flexible class packs. Local Motion Team
