This will pass and yes we may very well face another Global Pandemic again in the future.
There is a choice to be made ...

That choice is a Gift that we all are blessed to have ...

The Gift of Perspective

What’s very true for me is that whatever is happening we do have a choice now and in the future to decide what we will focus on, what meaning we are giving and will give to this chapter of our World’s Journey

Let’s not kid ourself with the “Be realistic” BS because the only reality we have is based on what we choose to focus on most of the time

Do we choose Suffering or Service

I choose Service ...
This is not about being blind to the challenges we are faced with and the steps we are forced to take to save our lives as well as others

It’s about choosing to focus on the greatnesses that is being presented to us all

I choose to focus on Service ...
and I will look back on this time with,
yes the reminder of our mortality and the loss of so many lives
and at the same time I will fill my heart with gratitude and awe of :

Children getting to spend so much time with their parents and vice versa

Families and friends finding new ways to connect

Creative and new ways of passing time AND The resurrection of old ways of passing time 😂

The collective focus of our health as a main priority

Seeing strangers care

Seeing entire homeless communities being provided shelter

Those who provide public services being recognised and applauded as the heroes they are

Governments reallocating unprecedented budgets to protect their people financially

Nations working together to tackle one collective outcome

Time for creative minds to reflect and reinvent new ways to add value to people’s lives

Our Earth taking a much deserved respite and reset from our excessive pollution

The rise of so many individuals and communities stepping up to serve each other with compassion and love

The rise of the Service Leaders who committed to
“Helping Others Is My ”

What will you choose with your

Whatever you do and whom you do it for, reach out and be there! You don’t have to always provide solutions sometimes just listening and having the intention to be present and open to possibilities that may arise for your community is super valuable🙏🏽

With that in mind, to my community of Service Leaders especially
Speakers, Coaches and Consultants I’ve been watching, listening and speaking to a lot of you and there seems to be a theme to the questions and concerns being raised.

One of the top questions I get asked from my private clients is regarding their voice. What to do when their voice breaks and how to prevent it breaking in the first place.
