There’s a difference between people who train… and people who actually look like they train.

Most people show up to the gym. Very few actually create a physique that reflects the effort.

Why?

Because results aren’t just built from “working out”.

You can spend years “going gym” and still look the same.

Or you can approach it like a high performer and completely change your physique, mindset, and presence.

The difference is in the standards.

84.7kg → 73.6kg.

Scott’s transformation goes far beyond just the numbers.

Not only did he achieve incredible condition and step on set for a physique photoshoot he once never thought would be possible, he did it whilst still running and scaling a successful business throughout the process.

No putting life on hold. No extremes. Just structure, discipline, consistency and a complete mindset shift.

The current look…

Last 4 weeks nutrition has shifted a touch and with that has come a change in body composition and the overall look.

Fuller, not as lean and sitting at 76kg.

What’s changed? I’ve been too lean for too long, so it was time to listen to my body and get food back into a surplus to match the training demands.

Current split is,;

Push, Pull, Legs, optional upper + 3 conditioning sessions and 2-3 zone 2 sessions (A LOT) of output so this requires a lot of food.

Part of me wanted to stay lean for Marbella but the other part of me knew this was optimal given I’ve been sub 10% since December, as a natural a walking nightmare.

Time to get hormones back optimised and training back firing, 4 weeks in and they both already are.

Current food set up;

P 180-200g
C 425-500g
F 65-75g

Total intake 32-3500 roughly give or take on the demand of training that day.

Let’s get this 76kg back up to 78kg and hold ready my full return to running and my first hyrox.

This was the very clear vision Tom had when he rejoined us at having worked with us originally in 2021.

No more yo, yo diets, no more 3 months in, 6 months out.

Just consistency that lasts a lifetime. Say no more thats what we do.

It all starts with a plan that doesn’t just suit for 8 weeks but for 8 months.

That’s exactly what we built, a progressive training structure that we consistently review as well as a nutritional plan that works wherever Tom goes or travels with work.

10 foods keeping you above 10% body fat:

1. Granola
Marketed as “healthy” but insanely calorie dense for how little it fills you up.

2. Flavoured coffees
Liquid calories with sugar, syrups, and milk that do nothing for hunger.

3. Protein bars
Most are basically chocolate bars with protein added and terrible for satiety.

4. Peanut butter
Easy to eat 500+ calories in minutes without even realising.

5. Acai bowls
People think they’re a “lean” option when most are loaded with granola, nut butter, honey, and hundreds of hidden calories.

6. Nuts
Healthy fats are great until you eat 4 handfuls while distracted.

7. Smoothies
You’d never eat 3 bananas, oats, peanut butter and honey in one sitting, but drinking it feels easy.

8. Cereal
Low protein, low satiety, high palatability = hungry again an hour later.

9. Sauces & dressings
The “small extras” adding hundreds of calories every single day. Low calorie sauces are your best option here.

10. Alcohol
Kills recovery, increases hunger, lowers inhibition, and usually comes with terrible food choices after.

None of these foods are “bad”.

But if your goal is getting below 10% body fat, these are the foods that make staying in a calorie deficit almost impossible for most people.

The leanest people aren’t more motivated. They just control the foods that are easiest to over consume.
