The parks got busy with runners and cyclists from 9:00 this Easter Monday morning in London. Great to see so many making the most of the extra weekend day. Seeing so many run and cycle this morning got us thinking about the health benefits of 'Weekend Warrior' exercise behaviour. A bit of reading gave us an surprising insight!
