I am a London based Pilates Teacher, offering beginner to advanced level classes in group and one to one basis. This method of training will improve strength, flexibility, balance and co ordination. It focuses on the deep core muscles and alignment of the spine to create long, lean, dancer like muscles and improves alignment and posture of the spine.
