With over 25 years’ experience of working in the people’s industries, facilitating individuals to achieve and making life enhancing changes. Through many years of my own self development and extensive training in human development, psychology, mindfulness and coaching I have gained not only the skills but the understanding that we each have our own journey. It takes patience to develop trust, which in turn allows us to venture beyond our comfort zone and to grow into the amazing individuals that we chose to be. My understanding with my kick arse attitude will get you unstuck and moving in a direction of your choice. This is how accountability can get you going forward.
