HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU! We have officially entered 2026. I’m rolling with all the motivation and good energy to start this year and sending you lots of positivity. We have our .pilatesapp New Year Online Pilates Challenge starting Monday 5th Jan ~ I’m currently working behind the scenes with new class uploads and designing a perfect program that blends classical orders, creative flows, Pilates and props classes and dedicated rest days for recovery.
