I Didn’t Quit Coffee. I Rewired My Nervous System to gain FREEDOM OF CHOICE
For over 25 years, I had one coffee every day.
Just one. Nothing excessive.
But if I skipped it?
Headache. Fatigue. Withdrawal.
My body was addicted.
Not just chemically — but somatically.
Years ago, when I first tried to quit caffeine cold turkey,
I had a 3-day headache.
I pushed through it… but my body remembered the pain.
Even after that, if I skipped coffee for one day — the headache would return.
Until recently… when something changed.
This time, I didn’t force it.
I didn’t push.
I used Neuro-Somatic Attunement (NSA) to work with my nervous system — not against it.
And now?
I can skip coffee with ease.
No crash. No withdrawal. No problem.
Because my body no longer associates “no coffee” with danger or pain.
The pattern was released.
