So in the theme of self love and growth ❤️‍🔥

Here’s me in the same outfit two years apart (as seen on my story this weekend) Now I am not saying at all the I look bad in the left of either photos! I just feel happier and more comfortable/ confident in myself in the right.

I am eating better, drinking less and working out way more. Not sleeping more sadly 🥴

However, I am both physically and mentally happier now! I have had a tough few years but can definitely say I am on the rise!

Thank you for everyone supporting my fitness and sports therapy journey! There’s so much more to come! 💪🏽

So recently a lot of my patients have been suffering with lower back pain. After thorough subjective and objective assessments I found majority of them have bad squatting form!

So I am reposting my previous video on how to squat correctly!

If you’re not feeling it in your quads but in your back YOUR SQUATTING WRONG.

4 Easy tips to fix it!

- Feet shoulder width or slightly further
- Slightly bend your knees
- Push your knee slightly out
- Sit back not down
