Hi lovely Facebook friends,

Are you looking to get back into fitness?
Have you fallen out of love for movement?
Perhaps you’ve been injured and need to get back into some good habits?
Post natal and looking to strengthen and get back to moving your body in a mindful manner?
Never been into movement before but want to create a new habit to improve quality of life?
Want to improve your physical and mental health?

The 21 day yoga challenge is for you!!

What is it?
21 consecutive days of yoga, 30 minute guided practices, of movement, breathwork, meditation and mindfulness. All for just £21 (that’s just £1 a practice!)

Who is it for?
Absolutely everybody and every body, no experience necessary.

What times are the classes?
Class times vary, usually in the morning; any time from 6am through to 7:30am, occasionally later on weekends and a few evening practices thrown in also.

What if I can’t make the live class time?
Don’t worry if you can’t make the live practice - all classes are saved to the page and you have access to that page for the entire month - so you can catch up later in the day and re visit practices you enjoyed whenever you like.

How does it work?
Once signed up you will get access to the private Instagram page where I host the daily practices.

Why?
The intention behind this challenge is to help spread this wonderful practice, make it accessible and help you create a habit. With the hope that the habit should later become a lifestyle.

When?
The July challenge will start on Monday 4th July and run till Sunday 24th July.
You will have access to the classes for the entire month of July - so you can repeat practices and catch up on missed practices.
