👍 Surely what I am trying to achieve is "Life Balance".

When I think about “life” I suggest that there are at least 10 general domains in which to pigeonhole how we spend our time which includes work, but work is not a single, separate, opporsite to life.

❓ What intentional time and space do you give to reflecting on what has been going on in your life?

🏄 Everything has been ticking on quite smoothly in my life. Up until 48 hours ago!

⛈️ Then something has come out of the blue to disrupt my rhythum.

✈️ And then I reminded myself that aeroplanes don't fly in a straight line to get to their destination and that turbuance is just like cycling over a cobbled street (but in the air), and whilst it is uncomfortable, it doesn't last long.

One thing has lead to another . . . I remembered an article I wrote over 2 years ago as we entered lock down and what it meant to me then and how I view those feelings now when i truly reflect on them.

And that is the rest of my afternoon sorted.
