🤽‍♂️ London Water Polo Summer League – U15 Mixed 💙💛

Another positive weekend for our U15 Mixed team in the London Water Polo Summer League!

Results from the second match weekend:
✅ 1 Win
🤝 1 Draw
❌ 2 Losses

While the results were mixed, the progress of this team continues to impress. Every player, whether in the water or supporting from the bench, is contributing to the growth of the squad. The improvement compared to last season has been recognised by coaches from other clubs, and we are proud of how far our players have come.

We know our goals are within reach. The next step is about commitment, discipline, respect for teammates, and maintaining focus during training and matches. These values will help us continue to develop not only as better water polo players but also as better people.

A huge thank you to all our players, coaches, volunteers, and families for your continued support throughout the season.

We now have a break before the next match day in September, giving us plenty of time to keep working hard and come back even stronger.

🔵 London Barnet Water Polo – 3 Wins in a Row! 🔥

London Barnet are on a fantastic run with three strong victories in the London Water Polo League.

💪 The team showed great teamwork, discipline and attacking power across all three matches.

Match Results:

🏆 Barnet 17 – 9 Kingston
A confident performance with Barnet controlling the game and building a strong lead through consistent scoring.

🏆 Barnet 18 – 15 Bexley
A high-scoring and exciting match. Barnet kept their composure in a tough contest to secure another important win.

🏆 Barnet 14 – 10 Penguin
A solid all-round performance with strong defence and decisive finishing to close the game.

👏 Huge effort from the whole squad and great teamwork in the pool.
With three wins from the last three games, the momentum is building as we head into the final matches of the season.

The Barnet Water Polo Club is deeply saddened by the passing of Andy McGinty, a dedicated officer of the talent centre at Swim England. His commitment to developing water polo and fostering collaboration within the community will be greatly missed.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and all those connected to Swim England during this difficult time.
Rest in peace, Andy.
