“Do I need to be strong to start Calisthenics?”
The answer: No! Strength can be built throughout the weeks, months and years.
This is my honest one year transformation with pike push-ups. I couldn’t do a single push-up when I started. We all have our starting points and this was mine. I still struggle with pushing strength but the (slow) progress is still visible 😝.
To the people debating on whether to start their journey: DO IT!
