Sooooo, it’s no secret that I’ve been quiet for a few months.
This can mean a few different things for different people; being busy, had enough of Facebook, personal things to work through or working on their goals.
For me, it’s the latter...
On Boxing Day this year I sat on my own, wrote down every single goal I wanted to achieve this year and meticulously designed exactly how I was going to bring it into reality.
16 goals and I’m proud to say that I’ve achieved 14 of those since January.
Some were smaller, some were huge. Nevertheless, deciding them, writing them down in detail and reverse engineering them has brought them into fruition.
One of them wasn’t a goal per se because it doesn’t do it the justice it deserves. It was all about the feels. A dream. One that I felt was eluding me the most. But when I put those feels out into the universe, it answered, and it answered BIG.
Needless to say, my life has changed immeasurably. I Have such an immense feeling of gratitude. One day, I’ll let you know.

I could bang on for hours about the sheer volume of work, dedication and commitment that’s gone into these but I’ll save you the pain.

I’ve been involved with supplements for a long time. Since I was a child in fact. I’ve made other company’s a lot of money from simply recommending various brands and solutions.
Now it’s time to not only bring supplements to the market that are mostly organic, manufactured here in the UK, lots of solutions for vegans/vegetarians, formulations that you won’t find anywhere else and that I believe in, but also, since I’ve been paying it forward to so many companies over the years, it’s time for the ID Brand to receive some back.
You’ve all been monumental in my journey over the years and I want to thank you for all your love and support and I hope that many of my posts and videos over the years have helped you too.
The upshot is, I’m back. You’ll be seeing a lot more on here and Instagram and let’s smash 2022 together.
