⭐️CLIENT SPOTLIGHT⭐️ Transformation in 16 weeks⭐️
Her dedication and commitment has really paid off, within 3 months we have already seen big physical changes! When she started we put her in a calorie deficit, she trained 3 times a week with weights and did cardio 3 x 20-30 mins, since our first focus was to loose weight. Now we have reach a great physical composition, and she said her energy levels were low, our focus now is to increase her calories and keep building more muscle.
She is a great example, if you stick to the plan, follow it correctly you can get results sooner than you think!
