First of all Thanks to everyone who already booked for my Sunday evening private classes. I can’t wait to start on this Sunday the 10th, April at 6pm.

🚨 Are you Ready For Summer 🚨

Hello everyone. I am starting my own class outside of regular gym classes. In this class I will mainly focus on to burn those extra fat from our body and gain strength at the same time. As summer is coming thick and fast so I thought it would be a great addition to the regular classes.

There is going to be only 8 people max in the classes so it will be a great opportunity for those of you are looking for more of an private session.

Healthy food doesn’t mean it has to boring or tasteless. With few tweaks we can easily make a delicious healthy food. Today I am having a Caesar Salad with grilled chicken. Low in calories but high in protein. If you are a vegan you can easily make one with the tofu instead of grilled chicken.
