Most people know me through Jiu-Jitsu.
But long before I earned my black belt, I was already obsessed with training.
Over the years I've trained in kickboxing, competed in MMA, served in the Army, worked as a firefighter, security officer and spent countless hours in gyms, on mats and on training fields.
Strength, conditioning and performance have always been part of my life.
This week I officially added another piece to the puzzle by completing my Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
I've also completed my Level 3 GP Referral qualification, with the certificate due to arrive shortly.
For me, this isn't about collecting certificates.
It's about building the knowledge and skills to help people become stronger, healthier, more capable and more confident.
Whether that's:
🥋 Learning Jiu-Jitsu
💪 Building strength and fitness
⚽ Improving athletic performance
🚶 Moving better and staying active for life
This is the direction I'm heading.
The learning continues.
