I smile a lot when I teach. I love it when strangers gather together and move as a group. P.S.

We move with music to connect, cardio to smile, and hold one leg up in the air for 15 seconds at a time to find our centres*.

*That's 'deng jiao' in Tai Chi. I use movements to motivate and encourage participants to find their own level of challenge and really go for it. Level 2 Exercise to Music/Group Fitness Qualification as of Nov 2021! :D
