🚨 Unpopular opinion:
Diets don’t fail.
Stupid diets fail.
The ones with arbitrary rules.
The ones that ban your favorite foods.
The ones that ignore your lifestyle, preferences, hormones, training, and psychology.
Because here’s the truth:
âś… Fat loss requires a calorie deficit.
âś… There is no magic food.
âś… There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
A diet works when it’s:
✔️ Scientifically sound
✔️ Individualized
✔️ Sustainable
✔️ Flexible enough to fit YOUR life
And if you’re recovering from disordered eating or food obsession?
Put the numbers away.
Stop judging yourself by the scale.
Health looks different for different people.
But telling everyone that “diets don’t work” or that the only healthy option is to accept your current state?
That’s just as harmful as promoting fad diets.
The goal isn’t to suffer.
The goal is to find an approach you can live with for years.
Because the best diet isn’t the most restrictive.
It’s the one you can sustain.
