Age Is Just A Number_50 Story of a journey from overweight 40 something to fit and healthy at 50, including diet and trainin

In this book I will talk about my struggle to get good information which would take into account my age, in general there is a large amount of information available on the internet but what I found is most of it wasn't very good, not for someone who is over 35 anyway, most of the information was either a con to sell the sellers plan or diet or would only ever work on someone under 35, so I set on my journey to work it all out myself, this process took me longer than I thought but it was worth it, as you can see from the gallery the results of the training and diet plan turned out to be beyond what I was thinking when I started out on this journey as a 23 stone 40 something.
