5 easy ways to grow your b***y🍑

After you’ve stretched & don’t forget your Glute activation ! 💪

1. Focus on your form is important, mind to muscle connection will help with your progress.

2. Challenge yourself by increasing your reps, sets and go slower with each workout. This does not necessary mean increase the weights you lift.

3. Eating 3 meals a day is important, consuming enough protein throughout the day will help repair those muscles.

4. Include explosive exercises such as jump squats, pulse lunges, pulse squats and so on. This will help challenge your muscles
