24 hours in Tampa… and I felt unexpectedly emotional.

It brought back so many lovely memories of the family holidays we had here over the years.

There’s something about the Florida smell in the air — warm, salty, a bit tropical — that instantly felt so familiar.

I was lucky enough to head out with some of the lovely crew to Clearwater Beach. It was so busy, but still beautiful and definitely worth the trip.

A little snapshot of the day:

1. Clearwater beach
2. Late-night bed snack — the pickle dip was delicious
3. Delicious breakfast
4. CVS haul
5. Dream house inspiration
6. Super Target (luckily for my bank account I didn’t have long here)
7. Influenced by others, as always — the is so good
8. Landed, tired… but very grateful ✨

In between revising this weekend this amazing machine has made a delicious veg curry with 6x serving of paste ready to use another time.

Tomato sauce - so i can quickly add to pasta this week

Carrot and nut protein balls

Simply granola to add to yoghurt

Just cooking a tomato rissotto!

A month on i m using it loads and still loving it thatbita so fresh, quick and tells me what to do as at the moment my brain is full!!
