🥊Quality sparring last week, our boxers have returned from the summer break firing on all cylinders!

This week’s sessions are filling up nicely, let’s get the hard work done.

Ladies only tonight at 6pm followed by seniors and carded juniors at 7.

Morning all, the sessions are live for this week, back to two junior sessions on Wed so no one should miss out:

Mon. Ladies 6pm, seniors/carded juniors 7pm.
Wed. Juniors (8-12) 5.20pm, 6.10pm, seniors 7pm.
Thu. Juniors (11-16) 6pm, seniors 7pm.

As mentioned before, if you know you’re definitely attending, please book on in good time to avoid disappointment, and it also helps us plan the sessions for who we have.

🥊JUNIORS!

As the holidays have finished, our juniors(8-12s) have filled up quickly.

If your junior boxer is still wanting to box tomorrow please let us asap and we’ll see what we can do.

Also, our juniors (12-16s) has dropped off slightly as they grow into the adults class. So we will take 10-16 year olds on the Thursday if boxers want to get booked on.
