New update alert. After being off the social media grid for a bit have decided to set up a walking football team for anybody 40+ or living with a disability/mental health. Ball control game

Tools you'll need

Markers to measure a 4x4 box (can play with the sizes if your finding it too easy/too challenging)

Markers to signify attempts remaining (I'm calling them life counters in my )

A supply of balls (footballs/goalkeeper reaction balls best but any balls will do)

A feeder (mum/dad/sister/brother etc.)

OBJECTIVE: control ball within box from unpredictable feeds. Point scored for every successful control in box. Life lost if heavy touch drags it outside the box.

Final score added up once all life counters have been lost.

Rotate feeder and player and see who wins to give it a competitive edge.
