💪12 Weeks Physique Difference.

The picture on the left I was struggling with the toll of mental health and my recent diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes and it was showing in my training and nutrition. The photo on the right is me 12 weeks later during my recent photoshoot with with the proper nutrition and training. Crazy there is only 1kg difference in weight here as well!!

7kg up from diagnosis and looking to add another 7kg in the next 6 months.

Its in the name …supplements are there to -you guessed it- supplement your diet. The real results come when these supplements are alongside a balanced protein rich diet. This includes my current supplement stack and a few I’ve taken in the past and looking to add back to my rotation.

If your diet is healthy and balanced you’ll get most of what you need through your diet - the supplements are the cherry on the top.

Small changes in your daily routine can make a big difference when it comes to achieving your fitness goals.

For example, swapping out processed foods for whole foods, or swapping out sedentary activities like watching TV for a yoga class or meditation 🧘

Things as simple as incorporating daily habits such as drinking water, eating mindfully, and getting enough sleep can help to improve your overall fitness

Additionally, incorporating daily habits such as journaling and connecting with nature can help to improve both mental and emotional health 🤯

Remember, it's not about perfection but about making small changes that can become a lifelong habit

Building healthy habits is key to achieving your health and fitness goals 💪

I recommend weighing yourself daily and take a weekly average.
