Open contemporary class with me 💁🏼‍♀️ starting September 2026 - Ashford, Kent 📍 (venue TBC)

This class will be for dancers aged 14+ that have dance experience. The session will run for an hour and be a chance to enjoy moving to music with no pressure each week on a termly basis 🧑🏽‍🩰🧑🏿‍🩰

CONTENT PENDING ⏳⌛️

I’ve well and truly hit the ground running this first term back since being on maternity 💪🏼 All new choreography, classes, and training across the different studios I’m so lucky to be teaching at. It’s been busy but I’m incredibly grateful 🥰

Socials however have taken a bit of a back seat, whilst I’ve been pouring my energy into creating, teaching and spending lots of time with you lovely movers! ✨

Looking forward to sharing more of what I’ve been working on very soon 🤞🏻💖 and as always THANK YOU for all your on going support!

✨ Calypso 🧑🏼‍🩰🧑🏾‍🩰

Working hard tonight on the firm fav ‘The Calypso’ 💖

First time attempting these this evening at and I have to say the improvement from the start of the session to the end was *chefs kiss* 👌🏼

Remember it’s not about perfection when you’re learning, it’s about the journey through the progression! These 2 gorgeous girls showing so much promise, can’t wait to see where they’re up too by the end of term 👏🏼😍 STAY TUNED 📺👀

SUNDAY SCARIES! 😳😱😟

I’ll keep it short and sweet:

1. Manners in the space, I’m not your mate I’m your teacher.. pardon, excuse me, would you mind etc etc etc 🥰

2. I don’t want to see the 3 B’s in my classes thank you - b***s, bellies and bums.. Nike Pros are basically hot pants made sporty 🤷🏼‍♀️

3. Be prepared, enough said.

4. We’re all moving and a groovin’ in one space, please freshen up and consider others ❤️

5. Need a say much more than.. NO! ❌

It has made a teacher who was nervous about starting back feel so welcome and supported; all you movers (and the lovely parents) are the best community going 🧑🏻‍🩰🧑🏼‍🩰🧑🏽‍🩰🧑🏾‍🩰🧑🏿‍🩰

📢 YOUR SHOES SHOULD FEEL LIKE A SECOND SKIN 📢

A proper fit is crucial, not just for comfort (ha ha I hear you all cry 🥲) but for your safety, strength, and performance.

Here are some pointers for your next fitting:

♾️ SNUG not painful.. your toes should feel supported, not crushed ❌

♾️ NO sinking.. if you’re going down ⬇️ time to try something new!

♾️ Heel SECURE.. no slipping or gaping at the back, no amount of elastic will save you 🥲

♾️ EVEN pressure.. your weight should be distributed across all toes, not just the big toe 🦶🏼

The right fit makes all the difference! Your technique (and feet 🦶🏼❤️) will thank you 💫

It’s been a lovely couple of days teaching back at so much love and excitement on my welcome back 🥰

Spending teaching in this gorgeous space with so many lovely faces again was a real treat though 🧁❤️

However you’ve chosen to spend your time today, I hope it was moving to music and feeling as good as my evening has 💃🏼🕺🏽
