A back to basics workshop exploring the pelvis and pelvic floor. We’ll look at the different layers, functions, and connections within the body, and look at how everyday life affects this part of your body.
This workshop is for everyone! Please come along whether or not you have pelvic floor concerns, whether or not you’ve had a baby, and whatever your age.
You’ll learn and practice exercises to strengthen and relax the pelvic floor, as well as how to keep the whole area mobile, fluid, stable, and supported. You’ll come away with a deeper understanding of your body in general and more confidence of how to keep the pelvis and pelvic floor healthy and know what to do when it’s not.
