🚨⚽Valentín Barco says he enjoy playing as a midfielder and also revealed how Enzo Fernández and Andrey Santos convinced him to join Chelsea. 💙🇦🇷

🗣️ “I feel comfortable playing as a midfielder. I love it because you touch the ball so much. You have to control the tempo of the game.”

Barco also revealed that he spoke with Enzo Fernández and Andrey Santos before joining Chelsea, and both told him it was a “TOP club.” 🔵

And his admiration for Xabi Alonso is clear:

Estêvão had conversations with other clubs, but something about Chelsea’s project immediately stood out to him. 👀

🚨⚽Morgan Gibbs-White name is reportedly linked to Chelsea again. 👀😳

If Enzo Fernández eventually leaves for Manchester City, Chelsea could take another shot at Morgan Gibbs-White. 💙💪

Chelsea were previously interested in Morgan Gibbs-White, and with Enzo's future still capable of becoming a major storyline, it would be interesting to see whether the Blues return for the Nottingham Forest midfielder.

Gibbs-White would offer something different:

🎯 Creativity
⚡ Ball carrying
🧠 Ability to operate between the lines
💪 Premier League experience
🔥 Energy and attacking intent

And if Chelsea suddenly lose Enzo, bringing in another proven Premier League midfielder could make sense.

The big problem?

Would Nottingham Forest even consider selling? 🤔

Gibbs-White remains a key player for Forest, and any potential deal would likely be expensive. He also signed a new contract previously, so Chelsea couldn't simply expect Forest to let him go cheaply.

For me, though, Gibbs-White shouldn't be Chelsea's first choice to replace Enzo.

If Enzo leaves, I'd still prefer Chelsea to target a midfielder who can control games from deeper areas.

But Gibbs-White would be a very interesting option if Alonso wants more creativity and attacking quality in midfield.

Chelsea fans, if Enzo leaves, would you take Morgan Gibbs-White at Stamford Bridge or someone else? 👀💙👇
