Join us on International Womens Day on the 8th March for a very special session of self defence ! 🔥🔥🔥

2 of our women instructors will be running a free online self defence session from 7-8:30pm (19:00-20:30 GMT) for anyone who would like to learn some key self defence skills. 💪

This is a session to get involved with! Bring a friend or family member to work with and make the most of this fun and engaging course. ✔🎁

The session will involve a gentle warm up to start then developing striking skills with the hand, foot and knee and then working on a series of self defence scenarios where they will teach you how to deal with some common attacks.

Tonight will be a Green & Blue Belt session, delivered in English!

- Leg block throw from the front

So tonight we have our UK President running a Free Krav Maga class on 'Krav Maga TV' which is the FEKM platform for European instructors to provide technical lessons for all the FEKM members across the world.
