Mini eggplant/Aubergine pizza with salad. Delicious and nutritious. I use a smaller plate so it looks like more food tricking my brain. Easy and quick to make.

Whilst you are waiting for the next round of 21 day reset, why not try the Mango and passionfruit smoothie bowl? One of my favourites from the Weight Loss Academy.

1 frozen Banana
70g (half cup) frozen mango squares
3 tablespoons full fat Greek yoghurt
120 ml milk

Whizz all up in blender or smoothie maker adding milk gradually so it is thick and smooth.
Top with 2 tablespoons no added sugar muesli and the passionfruit.
