Extremely proud of Team FSKC today at the Thames Championships!
Winning isn't just about medals it's about stepping up, giving your best, and taking part. Amelia Senft sensei and all of our instructors are incredibly proud of everyone's effort, hard work, and respectful attitude throughout the day.
We had an amazing team of nine students, from juniors to adults, competing today. Congratulations to everyone, and a special well done to our medal winners:
🥋 Alexander Seal 🥇 1st – Kumite (11 years & under, Brown–Black) 🥈 2nd – Kata (11 years & under, Brown–Black)
🥋 Samuel Penney 🥇 1st – Kumite (12–15 years, Brown & Black)
🥋 Elliot Roch 🥈 2nd – Kumite (12–15 years, Green–Purple)
🥋 Jacob Butterworth 🥉 3rd – Kumite (Green–Purple)
🥋 Claudia Cole 🥇 1st – Senior Women's Kumite
A massive thank you to George Best Sensei for taking the time to encourage one of our keen students, who bravely plucked up the courage to ask for some kumite tips. That encouragement clearly paid off, helping Samuel go on to win 1st place in his division fantastic achievement!

Finally, well done to everyone who competed today. For several of you, this was your very first competition, and you all represented Team FSKC with pride. Keep training hard we're incredibly proud of every one of you!
