🧘 Pilates Corner | Corkscrew 🧘

This week's featured exercise is Corkscrew, one of Joseph Pilates' original mat exercises that challenges core strength, stability and body control.

While the classical version is an advanced movement, Pilates is about progressing at your own pace. Our instructor can provide suitable alternatives and progressions, allowing everyone to enjoy the benefits of the class safely and confidently.

Family public swim sessions are back at The Mill, NW7!

⏰ 3:00pm – 4:00pm

Come along for a relaxed family swim in our heated pool — perfect for a fun afternoon splash.

From 4:00pm, meet the Swimcore team poolside as they deliver their own session at The Mill. Swimcore specialise in lifeguard training and run regular sessions with us on Fridays.

We’re always looking at ways to offer more opportunities for our members and local community, so if you’d love to see more afternoon family swim sessions, please register your interest on our waiting list 💙
