Once you hit your 30s, life gets REALER.

My research community gave this stack an 8.5/10.

Why not a 10? Because while there’s some interesting research behind these compounds, several are investigational and are not FDA-approved . That matters when I’m rating a research stack.

But from a biohacking and neurohacking research perspective? 👀
