Thats a wrap for 2023!! 🎄Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas❤️ Thank you to all my lovely clients for all your hard work and support this year. I am so grateful to be able to join so many strong, inspirational mamas on their journeys through motherhood, its a blessing🎄❤️ Thank you everyone and I look forward to starting in the new year again ❤️🎄

🏄‍♀️ 🫶🏾 Private or group Personal training sessions. I offer a holistic approach so I look at how we can positively improve all areas of your health,fitness & lifestyle! 😁

👶🏽 Birth Education sessions tailored to your individual needs. Things we can cover: Understanding the physiological changes that happen in your body at each stage of birth, understand your rights in your birth space, write a birthing plan & postpartum plan, discuss any worries or fears, explore affirmations, practice breath work & helpful positions to take into labour & birth.

Group classes -
✨Mummy & Baby classes on Wednesdays @10:15am
✨Prenatal classes on Wednesday 6:30pm & Friday @9:30am

Prenatal classes with me on Thursdays @9:30am 🌷🌸 - Connect with your mind, body and baby.

The classes celebrate a wonderful blend of Yoga and Pilates. The aim is to connect to the body, build strength, keep toned and ease any growing aches and pains. We also tap into breathing techniques which can be very helpful to ease any worries and stresses that may have built up over time.

My goal is to help mamas use movement and breath work to build strength and trust with themselves and their babies so that they feel ready and empowered for birth💜🤰💫
