Less than 50 days to our Baqueira Trip! Our first ski trip of new season !

📅 Dates:Tue 20/01/2026 TO Sun 25/01/2026 (4-5 days of Skiing)
* 5 days of skiing if we leave on Sunday afternoon. we can check out and leave our belongings in ski shop.

🏠Apartment:
🛌 Sleeps 12( x6 bedrooms, 8 s beds, 2 d beds, 6 bathrooms)

🥓 Self Catered: We’ll help with shopping, we have 2 kitchens and will make breakfast and dinner on some nights (I’m a good cook :) )

🚗 Transfer: (self arranged or grouping up)
✈️Airport: Toulouse (2 hours drive)

💵 overview of total cost:
* £550 ( 5 nights) accomodation
* £100 airport transfer
* £250 5 days pass
* £150 food and drinks
* Rental: varies

Barcelona: 3 hours drive

All levels are welcomed. Perfect resort to learn ski. Affordable instructors and low pass fee

Another fun-filled Sunday in our beloved Hyde Park! 🌞
For over 7 years, we’ve been proudly offering free workouts and yoga — and by now, we’ve truly mastered bodyweight and partner-based training, no equipment needed! 💯

Last Sunday, we recreated several HYROX stations in the park, and it was a total success! 👏
Apart from the SkiErg and Row, nearly everything else can be done using just your partner’s weight. No machines, no excuses — just sweat, smiles, and solid training. 💪

Burpee Broad Jump
Lunges
Farmers carry!
And plenty of space to run!
