I will be starting a new weekly Barre Class on Wednesday evenings 7pm-8pm at the beautiful Studio At 39 in South Croydon starting this Wednesday 18th June.
A Barre Class is a low-impact fitness class combining elements of Ballet, Pilates and weight/strength training. It is great for improving muscle strength, bone density and posture.
