I remember meeting Kelly a few years ago now. She wanted to lose some weight and find something she enjoyed more than a traditional gym full of weight machines.
At first, we started with some PT sessions because she felt her fitness was a long way behind where she wanted it to be. Her goals were simple: lose weight, get fitter and make time for herself amongst a busy life with three children, fostering and a demanding job.
Fast forward to today and she’s a regular part of the gym. She never misses her Monday lunchtime class and training has simply become part of her routine 👊
I’ve always thought Kelly is a great example for women. No excuses, just consistency, hard work and showing up for herself week after week.
