Mic’d up with Sego 🎤🥊

We asked her why she first came to Relentless and why she thinks people should come and keep coming back.

Even with some back issues along the way, she kept showing up, putting the work in and being part of the community she loves ❤️👊

Sego is a true community member, and it’s been amazing to see her confidence, boxing and fitness improve over the years with us.

The big question is… fight night next for her? 😂🥊

I remember meeting Kelly a few years ago now. She wanted to lose some weight and find something she enjoyed more than a traditional gym full of weight machines.

At first, we started with some PT sessions because she felt her fitness was a long way behind where she wanted it to be. Her goals were simple: lose weight, get fitter and make time for herself amongst a busy life with three children, fostering and a demanding job.

Fast forward to today and she’s a regular part of the gym. She never misses her Monday lunchtime class and training has simply become part of her routine 👊

I’ve always thought Kelly is a great example for women. No excuses, just consistency, hard work and showing up for herself week after week.

So I asked her to share a little testimonial with us in this video.
