Bobโ€™s got the punching part coming along nicely & heโ€™s only 8

But boxing is about much more than throwing punchesโ€ฆ

Now weโ€™re working on the foundations feet, movement, slipping, rolling and learning how not to be there to be hit!

Anyone can throw a punchโ€ฆ learning how to move is where the real boxing starts
