Sensei Gary Adams has once again been invited to teach at one of the biggest karate gasshukus in the calendar — the 36th IOGKF European Gasshuku!

He is looking forward to instructing the junior groups across six days of training. As always, Sensei Gary is honoured to have been asked to teach once again and is very much looking forward to seeing all the students and fellow instructors.

A massive congratulations to Sensei Neik, Sensei Sydney, and the entire IOGKF Netherlands team on organising what promises to be an incredible Gasshuku.

Evening everyone, just wanted to say a massive thank you to all that attended kelty gala, the standard was awesome. Well done to all that made it to the parade and the demo.

Also Massive thanks to “Gary’s da’s” that took part in the tug of war! We were cheated by the wrestlers! Second place was good though and we all got a medal lol

I usually have two weeks off in the summer holidays.

This year I’ll be off week beginning 6th of July

Then off week beginning the 27th of July.

This Friday we’re having the grasshoppers grading. Any grasshoppers can go to it. All parents, grandparents and anyone else’s wanting to come along and watch the grasshoppers grade are more than welcome. There will be plenty of seats out 🙂👍🥋
