It’s okay to not be okay ❤️

We all have moments where life hits hard, energy is low, and everything feels like a battle. But don’t let yourself stay there.

Feel it. Acknowledge it. Have your moment.

Then get back up.

Because no one else is going to fight your battles for you. No one else is going to put the work in for your goals. That part is on you.

Strength isn’t about never falling it’s about getting back up every single time you do.

Keep going. Keep pushing. Keep fighting. 💪

Recover is key !! 🔑

I used to think rest days were for the weak.

I was that person… always pushing, always chasing more, ignoring the signs, telling myself “one more session won’t hurt.”

Until it did.

2 torn tendons.
A snapped collarbone.

All because I didn’t listen.

Recovery isn’t weakness it’s where the growth actually happens. It’s where your body repairs, rebuilds, and comes back stronger.

Now I train smarter, not just harder. I respect the rest, the recovery, the process.

If your body is whispering to slow down… listen before it starts screaming.
