Happy PT anniversary ! So Much love for these pics and these two ! 12 months ago this Mum and daughter duo came to me for help ! Both had very clear goals and both wanted to enjoy the process. And just look at these pics ๐Ÿ˜ I am so proud of the changes they have made and embraced and I look forward to every session ! Itโ€™s never a dull moment !

Exercise ia soooo important. The world is becoming more โ€œconvenientโ€ and movement is becoming less in day to day life. But, the impact of โ€œmovingโ€ is huge. Not just physically but mentally too. If you are finding it difficult to get started on your journey to fitness - set yourself small goals -

Increase your water
Set yourself an increased in steps target
Do a 15-20 minute home work out twice a week
Reduce your added sugar / fast food
Eat 3 well balanced, filling and nutritious meals a day.
Donโ€™t skip meals
