You don’t need more workouts…
you need a better approach 👇🏻

The difference between these two photos?
It wasn’t cutting carbs, smashing cardio or “being more strict” and it's not even angles👀

It was from doing the following for an extended period of time;
✨ Training with intent (not just going through the motions)
✨️ Working to failure on compound lifts - pushing past that level of uncomfort
✨ Prioritising progressive overload
✨ Fueling my body properly (yes… eating MORE)
✨ Reducing unnecessary cardio
✨ Being consistent — not perfect

A lot of women think fat loss = doing more
More workouts & cardio and less food
But that’s exactly what keeps you stuck!
