What does it take to reach the body you've always wanted?

You might think it takes a lot of sacrifice and putting your social life to the side to achieve this..

But the truth is you don't have to put anything on hold whilst you try to get in the best shape of your life - you can do both!

That's not to say it's going to be easy and no sacrifices will be made, but being mindful and consistent on the decisions you are making away from the gym is what it will take.

Winter is always a tough period to stay motivated with training🥲

Many people wait until Spring/ Summer to start exercising and then want a drastic body transformation in a few weeks.

✨Training is about consistency, persistence, and patience✨

There’s many reasons why people lose motivation in the winter. Some of these being;

‘No holidays booked until next year’
‘Dark mornings and nights’

👗 - Wear your fave gym set, comfort is key😇

🎧- Listen to some good music

👯‍♀️- Go with a friend

💖- Get a PT so you are comfortable performing exercises with correct form

📝- Have your session planned out so you’re not walking around aimlessly going on any machine you see

🥰- Focus on yourself, you are there for you and only you!

Do you ever wonder why you’re not reaching your goals?

✨- Maybe you’re setting unrealistic goals. Small increments into your daily routine such as a small calorie deficit, or increasing your step count by 2k will help you get there.

✨- Focus on the basics. Get 8 hours sleep, drink enough water, make healthier choices with food and move slightly more. Try not to make it complicated.

✨- Stop making excuses. Im guilty of this too. You’re working 9-5? Wake up an hour earlier and go for a light walk. Meal prep to be aware of calories and to save money and time.

We’re all guilty of this in one way or another, but ultimately, it’s you VS you. No one else can do it for you!!
