LAUNCHING JANUARY 1ST! CFHOW is super excited to be bringing some fresh classes into the New Year. We have been working hard behind the scenes to update and refine our timetable.

🕙 NEW classes:
Monday 07:00-07:45am: Hyrox
Wednesday 07:00-07:45am: Hyrox
Wednesday 17:25-18:00: Run Club
Friday 07:00-07:45am: Hyrox

👉 We are also rebranding our Thursday classes to Engine classes which will be available to both Hyrox and CrossFit members alike. However, there will be no changes to current programming!

We are excited to be bringing these changes which we feel will really offer more breadth and depth to what we have here at CFHOW. DM us for more info 💛
