Best in the business and proud to have them as one of our sponsors 🤝🏼

We have been incredibly saddened by the distressing news this week of the terrible crimes of Robert Bush.
The sentencing of Robert Bush has understandably prompted many people to ask questions about standards, regulation, and accountability within the funeral profession. At times like these, we believe it is important to reassure the families and communities we serve about the standards we uphold every day.
As a funeral business, we are voluntary inspected members of both the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD) and the Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors (SAIF). Membership of these professional organisations requires us to work to recognised codes of practice and submit to regular inspections.
We are committed to providing the highest levels of care, dignity, and professionalism. Our staff receive ongoing training and development, and our facilities, procedures, and services are regularly reviewed and inspected by our trade bodies to ensure we continue to meet the standards families rightly expect.
The trust placed in funeral professionals is a privilege that should never be taken for granted. We remain dedicated to caring for every person entrusted to us with respect, compassion, and dignity, while providing transparent and professional support to every family we serve.
During David Barrington's Presidency of the National Association of Funeral Directors between 2019-21 work was done to create an arms length standards organisation to enhance standards within the funeral services sector. We have been calling on Government to implement the recommendations of the Fuller Inquiry asking for regulation of funeral service, to ensure the highest levels of care for the bereaved and the deceased people.
