The last 14 months have been a WILD ride! 🤯

Starting ATLAS from scratch, with absolutely no idea how it would turn out.

Figuring out an industry I never thought I’d make a return to.

Trying to get my head around social media.
(Still haven’t figured that one out… but bear with me)

Meeting some incredible people I’ve had the honour to coach, and being endlessly grateful for the trust they’ve put in me.

Trying. Failing. Trying again.

Finding my voice in a place where knowledge too often gets overlooked.

And if I’m being honest, it’s been harder than I thought.

I’ve burnt out more than once along the way.
I’ve doubted where ATLAS fits, and what the future looks like.

But here’s what I know for sure: I’m not done.

Because the fitness industry still needs to change.

Diet culture took years from me when I was younger, years I’ll never get back.

And there’s still too much dangerous, outdated advice out there stealing years from women just like me.

That’s why ATLAS exists. Not to add more noise, but to change the narrative. To make performance, fuelling, and freedom the new normal.

So here’s to the next chapter.

To building something that helps women, while also learning to look after myself in the process.
