This is such an uncomfortable thing for me to do.

Having been told to take a week off the gym, I’ve been using this time to reflect on how far I’ve come in just eight months.

The picture in the green shorts was taken on Sunday, September 8th — one week into my new chapter.
At that point, I was the heaviest I’ve ever been: 142.4 kg (314 lbs).
My energy was low, I had no confidence, and I was always anxious about going to the gym.

I did one session with my PT, then went on my own on a Saturday morning.
Within two months, I was in the gym three times a week — twice on my own.

Fast forward to today: I’m currently sitting at 128.8 kg (283.9 lbs).
I have more energy, better posture, increased confidence, and I feel healthier overall.
I’m now in the gym 4–5 times a week and loving every second of it.

I know I still have a long way to go, but I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me. Thank you to who as help me get to where I am and to
